Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed after 5:00 PM (GMT+8) will be processed on the next business day.

  • During peak seasons, promotions, or holidays, processing time may extend to 3–7 business days.


2. Shipping Time & Delivery Estimates

We offer worldwide shipping, and delivery times vary depending on the destination:

3. Shipping Fees

  • We offer free standard shipping on orders over a specified amount (if applicable).

  • For orders below the threshold, shipping fees will be calculated at checkout.

  • Express shipping options may be available at additional cost.


4. Shipping Carriers

We cooperate with international logistics providers including but not limited to:

  • DHL

  • FedEx

  • UPS

  • Local postal services

Carrier selection depends on destination and shipping method.


5. Order Tracking

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email within 1–3 business days.

  • Tracking information may take 2–5 days to update.


6. Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or VAT.

  • These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.


7. Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses may result in delays or lost packages.

  • If a package is returned due to incorrect address, reshipping fees may apply.


8. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

  • If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

  • We will assist in filing a claim with the carrier.

  • We are not responsible for stolen packages marked as “Delivered.”


9. Delayed Shipments

We are not liable for delays caused by:

  • Customs inspections

  • Natural disasters

  • Carrier delays

  • Incorrect shipping information


10. Restricted Products & Countries

Due to regulations, certain countries may restrict the import of dietary supplements such as collagen products.

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring compliance with local laws.

  • We reserve the right to cancel orders to restricted destinations.


11. Split Shipments

In some cases, your order may be shipped in multiple packages depending on stock availability.
